avok Pty stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 90 days of the delivery date
  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Products that have been assembled, installed, or used
  • Digital downloads or software
  • Gift cards

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@mavokpty.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Mavok Pty is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

We may grant partial refunds in the following situations:

  • The item is not in its original condition or is missing parts not due to our error
  • The item is returned after 90 days but is otherwise eligible

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at contact@mavokpty.shop.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take additional processing time. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
