SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Mavok Pty ships to addresses within Australia. International shipping availability will be indicated at checkout. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international orders — these are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders as indicated on our website at the time of purchase.

• Express Shipping (Australia): 2–5 business days
• International Shipping: 10–21 business days (where available)

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel through the carrier’s website. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Mavok Pty is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
